Homeland star Claire Danes and hubby Hugh Dancy welcomed a baby boy named Cyrus on 17.12.12. Seen out for a stroll with the new Bubba on Christmas Eve, Claire admitted to Times magazine she would like to be a ‘yummy mummy‘. National Breastfeeding Week 2012 Events

Here at Keungzai, home of stylish nursing and maternity wear, we’re celebrating National Breastfeeding Week. As well as giving you 10% off all nursing wear this week, we’ve compiled a list of the best events for you to get involved with this week to help raise awareness and have fun.

There are a stack of local events going on all over the country, here are out Top Picks:

• South Tyneside’s Breastfeeding Support Group are holding a picnic at their base in South Shields to encourage women to come together and discuss their experiences and share their tips. The event will take place on Thursday 28th June.
• Peterborough’s NCT will be holding a Breastfeeding celebration picnic on Thursday 28th and will be joined by a host of supportive breastfeeding counsellors. Hosted in the gorgeous surroundings of the Cathedral Green, it’s a great chance to make new friends and get some great advice.
• In Anglesey, the Llangefni Breastfeeding Club are hosting a morning celebration party on Wednesday 27th June. Three cheers for breastfeeding!
• A charity coffee morning will be held in the Old Meldrum Town Hall in Ellon, Scotland. With stalls, cake and lots of breastfeeding information, all proceeds will be donated towards CLIC Sargent.
• Finally, The Big Latch On is taking place on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th August. The event, which brings together women from all across the world at various locations encourages women to breastfeed their babies and set a new world record. You can find out more information and how to take part at www.biglatchon.org

Finally, as a special mention, Blossom Mother and Child are hosting a week long event in association with Peaks of London. Blossom Mother and Child will be donating 5% of all nursing and product sales during 25th-30th June to the Neonatal Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Today (Tues 26th June) 10am-12 noon at Blossom’s Walton St, Chelsea store there will be a breastfeeding coffee morning, with an NCT breastfeeding counselor on hand to provide tips and direction for breastfeeding women, accompanied by a cake and a cuppa.

In this post, the focus is on breastfeeding outfit ideas. It’s so hard to know where to start when planning an outfit sometimes, especially when you’re juggling a baby and a busy diary. With Marie’s inspiring mood boards, you’ll never be short of ideas again.

The concept mainly focuses on easy access whilst retaining discretion and, of course, style. We’re well aware busy mums are often in need of simplicity when it comes to dressing.
